Hi! I’m Federico and I love creativity! I'm the CEO and co-founder of Créativité Québec. Our mission is to empower Canada with essential skills to thrive in the XXI century. Change-maker with a relentless will to spark entrepreneurial spirit within large organizations, my 20+ years experience in corporate environments include: Desjardins Group, IBM, CGI, SNC-Lavalin and many others. I was the global lead of SNC-Lavalin Digital Labs, one of the world's largest engineering firms. I was the craftsman behind Desjardins Lab, the first innovation lab at Desjardins Group, Canada's largest financial credit union. I also created the Open Innovation Group at Desjardins where I lead the Cooperathon (Canada's largest open-innovation challenge), the Start-up in Residence Incubator and the Foundry. In 2018, the Lab won the Corporate Champion of the Year award at the Montreal Startup Community Awards. I was featured as one of Montreal’s innovation thought leaders in the INNOVATE MONTREAL book. In addition, I blog about open innovation at Journal Les Affaires and Hispanophone magazine. I'm also the organizer of TEDx Ville Marie ED, a TEDx 100% dedicated to the topic of education, in Montreal, Canada. I speak fluently French, English, Spanish, Tech and Exec. Specific fields of interest include: Education, Creative leadership, Entrepreneurship, Social Impact, SDGs & System Change.
