As I graduated from Hislop College Nagpur, in 2005, I had no idea that I would one day apply for MBA. At the current, I am having Work Experience of the Industry and education sector along with a Ph.D in Commerce Faculty {Business Management & Administration}, M.B.A, M.Com, M.A. {Indian Music}, LLB. There are actually various things that I have done since my days at St. Ursula Girls High school, Nagpur. Yet, looking back on the past few years, I can imagine a wonderful journey that could be as exciting, fulfilling, and beneficial to my potential career as an Academician and Administrator. During my time at St. Ursula as a student, major was split between writing articles, playing Games, Participating in music competitions, and pursuing a variety of other academic interests. I spent many hours every week in ensemble rehearsals and personal practice on top of the time given to Classical Music and coursework. The discipline, leadership quality, public speaking, support, and encouragement I received from my School helped me to whittle the person I am today. My first Job in corporate was with Kotak Mahindra Bank, Wealth Management Department, which provided me with numerous experiences that I feel are invaluable to my potential future. This job not only gave me the chance to work on my communication, but also the opportunity to work with various industrialists from completely different cultures and interests. This developed my ability to listen carefully, work in large groups, and make necessary corrections as and when required. This further encouraged me to pursue a doctorate degree. When left Kotak I was cleared that I want to work in corporate and select banking as a career, I was never sure that I wanted to make a career out of my teaching hobby, whereas I preferred to go for this profession in spite of lucrative corporate offers. I found that I can not only share whatever I know with others but also I can learn more and develop myself as I take interest in various activities. This field would give me the time and opportunity to use my skills in this field and follow my passion too. I started my career in the education field with Priyadarshini Group of Institutions Nagpur. Where, I was involved in various activities for students, Staff, and Industry personnel. Entering this field taught me many things till the administrative posts I handled in Raisoni Group of Institutions Nagpur. RGI provided me with an opportunity to deal with the things at Management Level. Decision-making and administration skills sharpened here. My interest in people and human interactions led me to take several lessons from various personalities whom I met. At the same time my guru Shrimant Babasaheb Purandare encouraged me to take interest in our History. I always try to understand it and learn whenever get an opportunity to do so. My interest in social service developed from here and now I am attached to various social causes and volunteering for an NGO. Due to my leisure pursuit of writing, I wrote articles for “Hitvada” future and I am having my blog named “throughout way”. In addition, I had my column “Payakhalachya Matikadun” at the Marathi news paper “Loksatta” where I wrote approximately 85 Articles in the span of one and a half years. Later I had a Column “Ranguni Rangat Sarya” in another Marathi Newspaper “Tarun Bharat”. I devoted several hours every week to the shaping and carving of these small, delicate reeds from raw pieces of cane. Many things to come, Learn, Analyze, Execute and achieve, the journey will go on. Consistency of leading will be unchanged.

I enjoy researching topics and learning new information, which I then have the opportunity to share with others. I find the process of researching and writing to be both creative and intellectually stimulating. I also enjoy the challenge of taking complex information and presenting it in a way that is easily understood. Writing is a great way to express my thoughts and ideas, and I take great pride in my work. I would love to be a part of or curate and help one create successful, meaningful events. I have experience in planning and executing events, from small gatherings to large-scale productions Such as Orange City Literature Festival. I have been a project director for this festival since it's the first edition. I am also experienced in budgeting, venue selection, and promotion. My expertise also includes coordinating with vendors and managing volunteers. I am creative and I thrive in high-pressure situations. Additionally, I am proactive and resourceful when it comes to problem-solving. I believe, I would be an asset to any team and I am confident that I can make a positive contribution to any kind of creative planning effort.

In addition to goddesses, many female characters from mythology are seen as powerful figures, such as the Greek heroines Medea and Helen of Troy, and the Chinese warrior Hua Mulan. Women in mythology often have special powers, such as the ability to shape-shift or control the elements. One of the most important is the goddess Shakti, who is the divine feminine power and the source of all creation. Through this platform of TED, the thought of how women is leading through a mythological era but still not rewarded as good manager and accepted as a leader can be shared. One topic that can be discussed through TED Talks is the experiences and challenges of women managers. Women are often underrepresented in leadership positions and face unique challenges when it comes to succeeding in the workplace. Through TED Talks, individuals can share their experiences and stories, as well as discuss strategies for overcoming gender-based challenges. TED Talks can also be used to highlight the positive contributions of women managers and to discuss the importance of increasing diversity in leadership roles. TED Talks can be used to share ideas and solutions for ensuring that women have equal access to career opportunities and resources. Ultimately, TED Talks can help to create an environment of openness and understanding for women in leadership roles.

I have always had a passion for exploring and learning new things. When I was a child, I was fascinated by the world around me and was constantly eager to learn more about it. When I was in College, I heard about TED Talks. My friend had a dream to become a TEDx Speaker. I thought at that point that why not I? I have things to share and can plan something to talk about on various points. I was amazed by the stories of people from all walks of life and their inspiring ideas. It was then that I realized that we all have the potential to make a difference. Since that day, I have been a passionate believer in the power of ideas. I have been involved in several talk events, spoken at various conferences, and then I applied for TEDx event organizing. After various failed attempts, finally I created received approval for a TEDx talk TEDxCivilLinesWomen. As my team insisted, I even received a chance to deliver my talk. Through these experiences, I have learned how to effectively communicate my ideas and use storytelling to captivate an audience. My TED story is one of realizing the power of ideas and how they can be used to inspire change. I look forward to the long-term, even a lifelong association with TED. I believe that by sharing our stories, we can create a ripple effect of positive change in the world.

I don't really advertise it because I don't feel proper to share it with all that I have immense interest in music as I don't do Riyaaz and practice. But I do write essays and articles for News Papers, magazines, and websites. I also analyze data to come up with new insights and strategies for marketing and operations. I'm also a strong problem solver and have the ability to think critically and come up with solutions to complex problems.
