She is a Culinary Nutritionist who completed her Masters in Food Culture & Communications in Italy. She spent time in the UK teaching cooking skills to impoverished communities with the former Jamie Oliver Food Foundation, before stepping into her role to manage Oasis Café, a social enterprise cafe in Vancouver. She is a social entrepreneur specializing in creating experiential events and business models to highlight stories of people worth spreading.

Guided by the way I see how food can be used to bridge cultures, bring justice, and inspire positive change in communities, I started my entrepreneurial career in 2015, with the vision of creating impact through food. I do this by helping values-aligned food businesses start-up, grow, and reach their goal through a well-crafted strategy that attracts customer loyalty to the heart and vision behind their product. I specialize in creative storytelling for businesses and charities through designing experiential events and videos that awaken action. My life’s work revolves around food and community, and Food Connections is a way I live out my calling in life.
