Marcos is also an expert in tools for modeling and support in decision-making, and in facilitation of executive teams in the rapid development of strategies Before joining BCG, Marcos worked for a major strategy consulting firm, and previously was a professor in FGV and director of a systems integration company Marcos Aguiar has a major in Engineering with a Master in automation & process control and a Phd in enterprise modeling in England, having been trained in learning organization tools in the US.
