Bio

I'm a marketer and growth strategist passionate about building brands through organic channels and the power of communities, especially in the educational and nonprofit sectors. Throughout my journey, I've partnered with educational projects, social impact organizations, and purpose-driven leaders to help them grow with intention. I focus on the full cycle of community: from strategy and creation, to daily management and long-term loyalty. My goal is always to create environments where people feel seen, valued, and moved to act. At the core of everything I do is a strong belief in human-centered design. I approach each project with a designer’s mindset: zooming out to see the big picture, zooming in to obsess over the details, and constantly iterating to make sure the solutions serve real human needs. Whether I’m crafting a growth strategy or building a community from scratch, I aim to design experiences that are not only effective, but deeply meaningful. This mindset allows me to offer a 360-degree vision on every initiative I work on: strategic, creative, and operational. I don't just help brands grow. I help them make sense, make impact, and make people care. Outside of my work in marketing, I live a life full of parallel passions. I’m a certified paramedic, a commercial radio host, and a dedicated hiker who seeks out extreme climates as a personal challenge. Being in nature, especially in the rawest, wildest environments, is where I reset, recharge, and reconnect with clarity. It’s also where some of my best ideas are born. I believe storytelling is the heartbeat of human connection. Whether I’m guiding a brand to find its voice or speaking into a microphone, I’m always searching for stories that move people not just to click, but to think, feel, and act. My mission is simple: to help meaningful ideas find the communities they were made for. Because when people truly connect with a brand’s purpose, they don’t just engage. They become part of its story & mission.

I'm passionate about

I’m a big fan of true crime podcasts, obscure history facts, and books that make you question how we got here and why humans do what they do. Give me a story with mystery, philosophy, or strange historical trivia, and I’m all in.

An idea worth spreading

Having ADHD is like driving a Ferrari with bicycle brakes — your brain goes 200 mph, but nobody gave you the manual on how to slow down. You can brainstorm three business models, forget your keys in the fridge, and accidentally deep-clean your entire apartment… all before 10 a.m. And here’s the kicker: even when we get home, park the car, and close the garage — the engine’s still running. That’s why one of the most radical and necessary things ADHDers can do is rest intentionally. Not ‘Netflix-with-guilt’ rest. Not ‘scroll-while-answering-emails’ rest. Real, restorative, unapologetic rest. Because a brain that never stops also needs time to refuel. Research from institutions like the ADHD Center of Excellence at the University of Michigan and CHADD (Children and Adults with Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder) shows that structured rest, mindfulness practices, and even ‘productive boredom’ help regulate attention and reduce burnout in neurodivergent individuals. We don’t need to fix our brains — we need to design our lives to work with them, not against them. So maybe the next big productivity hack isn’t a new app or technique. Maybe it’s learning to slow down, park the Ferrari, and let the engine cool. That’s it. That’s my TED Talk

The TED story

My journey with TED began not in the audience, but on the stage. At 21, I stood on the red circle as a TEDx speaker, delivering a talk titled “Ni héroes ni villanos” a reflection on how we often oversimplify people’s stories, forgetting that real life exists in the nuance. Back then, I thought the most powerful part of the experience would be sharing my idea. But what truly changed everything was something else entirely. It was witnessing what the team had built. The energy. The participation. The spark in the audience’s eyes. The way ideas brought people together and gave them permission to think differently. That was the moment I understood the real magic of TED. It wasn’t just about speaking, it was about creating spaces where ideas become catalysts for connection and change. That experience planted a seed in me. A desire not just to speak again someday, but to build those spaces for others. That’s what led me to become a TEDx organizer someone who now helps ideas find their stage and voices find their people in communities that deserve to be inspired.

Things you might not know

What most people don’t know is that I’m actually really good at video games. I don’t get to play often, work keeps me busy, but when I do, it’s usually with my childhood friends of over 18 years. Those nights? They get intense... That`s all i can say
