I lead the Global Business Services organization that includes cross functional business enabling departments; IT Project Management Office, Software Assurance, Core Business System Delivery, Human Capital Management Systems and Global Business Center Service Delivery Leadership. Before this, I lead the Engineering, Supply Chain and Human Resource IT functional areas and Infrastructure teams. I joined Steelcase from the Idaho National Engineering Laboratory in May 1996. I have been fortunate to have had the opportunity to play a role in helping the company grow into a globally integrated enterprise, leveraging our strength and structure through consistent methods and improved fitness.
