Kim Carpenter is the CEO of People At The Center™, a boutique executive coaching and organizational development consultancy. Kim works with executives and entrepreneurs around the globe to help them become better leaders, communicators and change agents. Kim has lived in seven countries on four continents throughout her life thus far - she started her career as an advertising executive in New York City before becoming an international coach, conference speaker, trainer and consultant.
