Bio
Dominique is a writer, editor and storyteller. She founded The Copy Collective (TCC) – a growing global network of creative talent – in 2008. A journalist by training, Dominique is fascinated by the stories that each person has to tell, and her mission is to do justice to those stories whether she’s crafting copy for a promotional brochure or helping a charity raise funds to beat cancer or protect the rights of children. She loves the way TED brings passionate people from different backgrounds and all corners of the globe together to inspire others and help make the world a more vibrant, interesting, and hopeful place.

Experience
CEO at The Copy Collective
July 2008 - Present (6 years 9 months)
I am a writer, editor and storyteller working directly with businesses, as well as creative agency and charity clients to help communicate who they are and what they do with clarity, energy and passion. I started my own copywriting agency, The Copy Collective, because people I met were always telling me how hard it was to find sane, competent creative types who could meet a brief and a deadline, and give them what they needed. The 'collective' taps into the strengths of its members- copywriters, editors and proofreaders who can write articles, craft press releases, develop content for your website, tailor words for an online ad campaign, put together an annual report, write a compelling telemarketing script that will help you make sales - and more.
