I define myself as an entrepreneurial person and management specialist. I look for new challenges that allow me to continue learning and enrich myself from teamwork, contributing my experience and creativity. I have a holistic and versatile perspective that manages to communicate the essence of projects and bring them to a successful conclusion. Empathetic, energetic and proactive, I am motivated to inspire people and promote a good work environment. I use all my passion and interpersonal skills to make an idea shine. Passionate about sports, I am a squash player, I love rollerblading, walking, doing yoga and meditating. I am a fan of nature and adventure. If I have to travel...I choose those destinations!!! Mother of 4 children, Rochi, Trini, Estanislao and Isidro. I studied Public Relations. I worked in Advertising Agencies, in Real State Business and I was an Event Organizer. I love everything that has to do with social things! Generate links, bridges between people. It's mine!!

What drives me is the joy of creating connections, the thrill of learning something new every day. I'm captivated by art, the rhythm of sports, and the beauty of life itself. My children and my friends hold a special place in my heart, and I cherish every moment shared over a barbecue. Enjoy a lot walking and the sun. I lose myself in books, where love, music, tango, and dance intertwine. I live for the celebrations, the laughter, the perfect gin and tonic. Traveling feeds my soul, as does writing poetry, indulging in chocolate, and embracing the wonders of nature. Above all, I’m passionate about living life to its fullest, every single day!!

I help from my micro world. I work in my company in the Human Resources area in a department created by me called the Happiness Management. My team and I are in charge of ensuring people's well-being, their productivity and their personal growth; providing everything necessary to generate an excellent work environment. I believe in teamwork as an important virtue to make any dream come true by democratizing creativity.

I have been a fan of TED talks for more than 20 years and my dream has always been to be part of the organization!

I love kids! I have a lot of patience and I can spend hours playing with them!!
