Bio

I encourage women to discover their calling, to live authentically and create fulfilled lives. One way I do that is by giving women the tools complete each other by breaking apart societal stereotypes through conversations. I pride myself on being a conscious coach - knowledgeable in coaching corporate teams on how to build better leaders, solidify workplace cohesion and integrate diversity more effectively into their departments and processes. Thanks to my personal and professional circumstances, I am able to build bridges between ethnicities, social strata and corporate environments. I enjoy bringing solutions to challenges by analyzing and implementing solutions to initiatives that align with my purpose. These include women empowerment, early childhood education, and capacity building amongst the youth.

I'm passionate about

Integrating organizations and communities with diversity, equity and inclusivity. Creating spaces for people to share stories and break apart societal stereotypes through conversation. I believe that educating the girl child and enabling her to have financial freedom empowers her to make decisions based on abundance and not lack. Thus raising a new generation that is empowered, including the boy child. Hi

An idea worth spreading

When we build legacy, we pass on the baton for the next generation to continue long after we are gone.

The TED story

The first Ted Talk I ever listened to was by Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie: The Danger of the Single Story, after listening to it I was hooked. From a family of storytellers and a people that enjoys sharing stories and teaching lessons through stories, I have loved listening and sharing stories. When I came across the TED platform I immediately fell in-love and connected. I learnt from stories from people around the world, I healed from the stories and I built my confidence through the stories. I wanted to be able to bring this to my community as I see how modernization has taken away the connections shared through storytelling and now a dream has become a reality.
