Karam is a seasoned PR Specialist, Entrepreneur, and Content Creator with extensive experience in program management. He is currently pursuing a degree in Renewable Energy and Energy Engineering and holds several licenses and certifications, including Conflict Management Skills, Effective Leadership, Master Organizing Business Events, The 7 Communication Sins, and The Basics of Entrepreneurship. Karam has a passion for entrepreneurship and has started several successful ventures throughout his career. He is currently working on a renewable energy startup that aims to provide affordable and sustainable energy solutions to communities in need. Additionally, he serves as a mentor and advisor to young entrepreneurs, helping them to turn their ideas into successful businesses. Karam's career has included a range of roles in the PR industry. He previously worked as a PR specialist and Sessions Account Manager at Egypt Career Summit, where he was responsible for managing relationships with key clients and ensuring the success of their events. His exceptional communication skills and ability to manage programs with ease have contributed significantly to his success in these roles. Karam's notable achievements include his involvement in organizing several TEDx events. He has served as a member of three TEDx events, Head of Curation for one event, and advisor for three others. Currently, Karam is the Licensee and main organizer of the upcoming TEDxMaadi event, demonstrating his strong leadership and organizational skills. In addition to his professional work, Karam is an active member of his community and volunteers his time to various causes. He is particularly passionate about promoting renewable energy and STEM education and serves as a mentor to students interested in pursuing careers in these fields. I am personally motivated by my love of event planning, entrepreneurship, STEM education, and renewable energy. These fields, in my opinion, are essential to determining our future and improving society. I've been able to delve deeply into the technical aspects of renewable energy while learning the significance of clean energy sources thanks to my pursuit of a degree in Renewable Energy & Energy Engineering. I have experienced personally the need of motivating and empowering the next generation to embrace technology and innovation in order to address global issues thanks to my experience working in STEM education. Another topic that I am enthusiastic about is entrepreneurship. I am enthusiastic about participating in the process because I think entrepreneurs have the capacity to develop ground-breaking answers to societal problems. I have the chance to advocate for entrepreneurship and startups for Generation Z and Alpha in my capacity as the STEM Entrepreneurship Center's Programs Manager. I appreciate watching young entrepreneurs succeed because I work with them to help them convert their ideas into profitable enterprises. Another thing I enjoy doing a lot is organising events. I have experience articulating ideas and planning events that unite people as a PR specialist and content creator. I've organized a number of TEDx events, which have been crucial in spreading important ideas and bringing individuals from various backgrounds together. Making events that are interesting and memorable for attendees is a task I appreciate. In general, I am motivated by a wish to have a beneficial influence on society. I am enthusiastic to participate in the discussion surrounding these issues because I think that STEM education and renewable energy are important areas for the future. My work in event organization and entrepreneurship enables me to support cutting-edge solutions and develop possibilities for young people. I'm dedicated to using my knowledge and abilities to change the world for the better.
