I grew up first-generation everything — first to college, first to corporate, first to figure out what leadership even looked like without a blueprint. That journey taught me something I now build my life around: light creates light. I believe culture is infrastructure. When you design it with intention, it compounds — in performance, in belonging, in impact. That’s the thesis behind everything I do. By day, I serve in communications at the world’s largest financial institutions where I design the systems that connect 30,000+ team members to purpose — through engagement platforms, enterprise giving campaigns, and executive development. By night, I’m building Light Creates Light, an ecosystem dedicated to helping organizations and individuals lead with energy, intention, and meaning. I earned a master’s degree in Communication, Culture & Technology from Georgetown University, a PMP certification, and a Marketing degree from George Mason University. I serve as President of CFH Inc., a housing nonprofit providing homes for hundreds of limited-income families across Northern Virginia. Author of Light Creates Light. I don’t chase titles.
