About Amina

Bio

I utilize neurolinguistics, bio-hacking, and wellness to guide individuals and teams to achieve peak performance. I’m an executive coach and speaker, with 15 years of experience, guiding high potential executives and teams to achieve peak performance, productivity, healthier communications, and emotional/spiritual well-being. Through my expertise in neuroscience and biohacking, I have developed an integrative approach to help individuals unlock, reconcile with, and make peace with the limiting beliefs and deeply rooted issues that subconsciously infiltrate and limit professional development. Using a unique coaching approach consisting of traditional coaching, neuro-linguistic programming, spiritual, and mindfulness techniques, I help executives transform and guide them to permanent change. And, live a happier and more purposeful life.

I'm passionate about

Fascinated by the intricate workings of the human mind, I have found myself deeply passionate about brain science, particularly in understanding how it intersects with yoga, healing trauma, and personal development. Yoga not only fosters physical strength and flexibility but also serves as a powerful conduit for emotional and psychological healing. I am particularly driven by its potential to address trauma, as it helps individuals work through their core limiting beliefs and regain a sense of control and resilience. Moreover, my enthusiasm extends to the importance of building supportive communities where individuals can collectively harness the transformative power of brain science and yoga. This holistic approach, which bridges the gap between neuroscience, ancient practices, and communal support, can profoundly impact the well-being of individuals and societies alike.

An idea worth spreading

Using Brain Science to Become Your Best Self and Disrupt the Cycle of Generational Trauma is strikingly simple but requires personal diligence and community support. I’m on a personal mission to ensure it reaches as many people as are open to trying it, because healing our own trauma is the key to preventing the epigenetic transmission of pain and suffering to the next generation. I’m excited to share what decades of experience in executive coaching, neurolinguistics, and somatic healing modalities have taught me about how to leave generational trauma where it belongs: in the past.
