He is also the Youth Ambassador of World Summit Awards (WSA) and a passionate advocate for grassroots transformation in northern Nigeria. As the licensed curator of TEDxKwatarKwashi, Musa is building a powerful platform from Zamfara a region rich in heritage and resilience to spotlight bold ideas, spark critical dialogue, and connect local voices to global conversations. Through TEDxKwatarKwashi, he is creating a movement that blends history, creativity, and courage to shape the future of Zamfara and beyond.

I'm passionate about

1. Building youth-led solutions for climate, education, and entrepreneurship 2.Changing negative perceptions of northern Nigeria and its people 3.Creating platforms where ideas lead to action 4. Empowering communities through storytelling and education

An idea worth spreading

"From overlooked to unstoppable: empowering local voices to build global impact." I believe some of the most powerful ideas are buried in places the world often ignores underserved communities, overlooked cultures, and silent voices. Through TEDxKwatarKwashi, I want to show that innovation, creativity, and transformation can rise from anywhere including the historical and resilient land of Zamfara. This is not just about a stage or a talk it's about unlocking the power of local ideas to change lives, reshape narratives, and ignite lasting change. When people see someone from “their place” doing something bold, it gives them permission to dream again.

The TED story

I come from Zamfara a place often in the news for the wrong reasons. But I’ve always seen something deeper: potential. When I discovered TED and TEDx, it felt like a global language for people like me people who see challenges as seeds of innovation. After years of working on climate projects, AI solutions, and youth empowerment, I realized: my community needs a voice too. That’s why I brought TEDx to KwatarKwashi. This is my TED story a story of courage, creativity, and belief that ideas from forgotten places can lead the future.

Things you might not know

Many people know me for my community work, but not everyone knows I’m also a visionary creative. I sketch ideas into life, design artistic concepts, and can turn abstract dreams into structured projects.
