As Chief AI officer for Capital One’s card business, I drive transformational impact across the end to end card customer experience; credit, fraud, marketing, collections and customer service. Prior to this I was the head of AI for J.P. Morgan’s payment business, a management consultant at McKinsey in Tokyo, Mumbai, and San Francisco, and a founder of a fashion tech company. I have a PhD in Economics & Strategy from Kellogg. I grew up in Vancouver where I developed a passion for all things outdoors in particular cycling, climbing and hiking
