I am currently the CEO of Eleiko Group which is a Sweden based company offering equipment and education to the professional sports market as well as gym and fitness. We focus in particular at strength training and manufacture weightlifting under our own brand where we are the supplier to the Olympic Games among other things. We work actively to promote a healthy lifestyle and to advocat the benefits of growing strong as a person, both physically and mentally. We are 75 people across five offices (Sweden, Russia, USA, Germany and Brazil) and my company is fast growing and continuously expanding to new markets. Prior to my current role I have worked in private equity and investment banking focussed much on strategy and business development. I have a Masters in Science of Business Administration from the Stockholm School of Economics.

I am passionate about leadership and business development. I am driven by building a brilliant team that unites behind a common vision and with people who feel that they work to create a better world.

At my company our overall mission is to help create A Stronger World. One of our core values is to "Keep learning". The pursuit for new knowledge and ideas is at the heart of our organization and it drives us to constantly improve and to be innovative. I am a regular consumer of TED talks as I seek to learn from brilliant and innovative people across a number of different industries. Leadership is an area which interests me in particular and in order to develop as a leader and as an individual I go to TED to be inspired and to get new ideas.
