Bio

I'm from Monterrey, Mexico. I believe that every person can grow irrestrictible and that we are a constant perfection and perfect the world around us. My purpose in life is to create environments where people can give more of themselves. I have different kinds of jobs, I'm an Organizational Design and Transformation Consultant. I heIp organizations to upgrade the way they work, organize and lead. Helping people by bringing more of themselves to work. I'm cofounder of Polymath an Organizational Design & Transformation Consultancy. I'm Education consultant. I help teachers in improving the way they teach and explain, with the only objetive that students learn better and more. And doing cultures of thinking at schools. I'm a editorial guest of "El Norte" a local newspaper, I collaborate at PRO Magazine Monterrey (a business magazine). I'm Licensee & Head Curator of TEDxPaseoSantaLucía. I'm an Athletic Club de Bilbao fan. I'm always learning and sharing. I hold a LLM in Business Law and Law degree at the University of Navarra (Pamplona, Spain). but I like other areas of knowledge. I consider myself a humanist and try to become a polymath. I'm a runner and preparing also for a Marathon this year.

People Plenitude (and all what that implies), reading, writing, traveling, studying, teaching, learning running, creating and make people happy. Organizational Design, agile and Education.

An idea worth spreading

Every person can be happy if they simply "being". This is by answering to their calling and goal in life and act all their life according to these. Every person can keep growing at every stage and area of life, if they want.

The TED story

I owe knowing TED to Sir Ken Robinson, I was doing a research in Education and some friends told me about it and that he has a very famous TED Talk about Creativity and Education. I got immediately caught by TED. Since then I explain many things via TED Talks to professors and alumni.
