An idea worth spreading

The United States of America incarcerates more people then any other country in the world. Individuals who are incarcerated are just as likely to come home as they are to go back to prison again. Why? There are obviously many factors however the one that stands out the most is that this large minority of over 2.2 Million US Citizens are not represented in court. This demographic is discriminated against and simultaneously exploited by employers, universities, and government. With slim chance to get a job and no right to vote under state or federal supervision no wonder! What needs to happen is a union of formerly incarcerated individuals need to be formed and have their voice heard in government through a pledge vote system. Where this 2.2 Million minority get others (family or friends) to willingly give up their vote and pledge their vote to the decision of this formerly incarcerated or still incarcerated individual. Now one man or womans vote that was stripped of him is worth many.
