I'm passionate about
Understanding human behavior, connecting with people, identifying fears and empowering others to communicate with confidence, being a mom, being a wife, enjoying coffee, and always building genuine connections.
An idea worth spreading
Most of the fears and stage fright people experience come from thoughts like “What will they say about me?” or “What will they think of me?”
These are rooted in the biases we hold about authority or superiority over others. Our childhood strongly shapes the way we communicate as adults: whether we were allowed to speak or had to remain silent while adults spoke often determines the confidence we bring to defending ourselves in an executive meeting.
Recognizing how ego and biases influence us is essential to strengthening the ability to speak in public—always with authenticity in both tone and approach.
