Bio
I have a Doctorate degree in Manufacturing Engineering by COPPE- Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. I have experience in both research and teaching, mainly on the subject of Organizational Systems. I am also a writer. In 2003, I published a book on a complexity approach to organizations - "Complexidade e Organizações: em busca da Gestão Autônoma". And in 2013, I published a book in a quite different area - human relations and society. This book, entitled "Vinculos: sexo e amor na evolução do casamento", discusses the role of sex and love in the evolution of marriage.
