Bio
I've spent 13 years obsessing over one question: why is love so hard for so many people, and what can actually be done about it? That obsession led me to build the Core Love Codes, a relationship framework that combines Human Design with my proprietary dating archetype system to reveal how each person is uniquely wired for love.
I'm also the author of How to Find True Love: Unlock Your Romantic Flow and Create Lasting Relationships (Hachette, 2025).
I started as a corporate attorney, pivoted to matchmaking, and eventually found my real calling as a love coach, educator, and now app founder. My two TED talks have reached over 2 million people. The Core Love Codes power FRANNY, my new app, and The True Love Society, my founding community for people who take love seriously as a lifelong practice.
Connect with me if anything I've shared resonates, or if you're building something at the intersection of human connection, culture, and community.

The TED story
My first ever TED was TEDBCG in Paris in 2016. I was already a huge TED fan, but after Paris I became a full-fledged TED-head.
I was honored to give a talk about my mission to democratize true love and free us from the clutches of the Fairytale Industrial Complex at TED in Vancouver in 2023, and I taught the audience at TEDNext 2025 how to unock their flirting superpowers!
