Alongside my academic journey, I have gained hands-on experience in event organization, leadership, and creative design, most notably as Chairman & Organizer of TEDxYouth team at my High School. My long-term goal is to become a surgeon, combining medical expertise with leadership and problem-solving skills to create a real impact in patient care and the community. Founded and Chaired the first TEDx event at Talaat Harb Secondary school at age 16, despite the absence of institutional resources or supervision. Built and led a diverse team of students to design, coordinate, and execute the event from scratch. Negotiated and collaborated with Mansoura university professors, professionals, and speakers to secure partnerships and deliver high-quality content. Scaled the event from a small high school initiative to a large, university-hosted TEDx conference. Developed skills in leadership, event management, public speaking, sponsorship outreach, and stakeholder negotiation. Overall, Successfully delivered a professional TEDx event with +100 attendees +10 Speakers, inspiring youth and strengthening community engagement.
