She is the CEO and Founder of Landau Leadership and the Chief Relaxation Officer of The Relaxation Retreat in Boca Raton, Florida.  Holly has motivated thousands of corporate and non-profit employees and executives throughout the US, Canada, and Europe.  Prior to launching her own businesses, she was a US Army Officer, spokesperson for the Dept. of Defense, and Media Relations Officer for Defense Logistics Agency. Serving mostly at the Pentagon in Washington, DC, where she earned a Meritorious Service Medal for her accomplishments while serving in the Public Affairs Office of the Secretary of the Army. Holly earned her commission in the US Army, a BA in Sociology from Thomas Edison State College, completed the Executive Leadership program at Cornell University, and earned a Certificate in Positive Psychology from University of Pennsylvania. She is a sought-after presenter and facilitator often speaking at major conferences on topics such as leadership, innovation, employee engagement, and talent management.
