About Sarah
Bio
Sarah Bush is the Head of Development for Adventure Scientists and enjoys being part of the team working to support Adventure Scientists’ critical mission. Sarah has dedicated her 20-year career to addressing environmental and human health challenges in her roles with the Field Museum of Natural History, the American Cancer Society, where she served as VP for a 12-state region, and ShelterBox, an international disaster relief organization.
Working at ShelterBox, Sarah saw the human toll of climate change on families around the world and joined Adventure Scientists to help in developing global solutions to this crisis through the acquisition of mission-critical data. Sarah enjoys hiking, photography and cooking and can usually be found exploring the Southwest and her home state of New Mexico or spending time outdoors with her family in Alaska.
