Bio
CeCe Espeut is a former U.S. Marine, author, two-time TEDx speaker, and five-time Distinguished Toastmaster — with number six on the way. Grounded in her core values of God, Family, and Education, she brings humor, honesty, and heart to every stage.
A graduate of Florida International University with a B.A. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, CeCe focuses on change management and personal development. Her talks on Imposter Syndrome, Storytelling, and Second Chances reveal how the stories we tell ourselves shape our confidence and our lives.
Drawing from her own journey, CeCe inspires others to silence self-doubt, embrace growth, and believe in the power of transformation. Through her speaking and coaching, she helps people rewrite their stories, rediscover their spark, and step boldly into their potential.
Whether on stage or one-on-one, CeCe Espeut is dedicated to helping others rise, rebuild, and live with purpose.
I'm passionate about
I’m passionate about helping people believe in themselves again, finding that spark of possibility and turning it into real progress. There’s nothing more powerful than seeing someone’s dream start to come alive.
An idea worth spreading
I believe in the power of second chances because I’ve lived them. They’ve taught me that growth often begins where regret ends, in the decision to take responsibility and try again. Each chance I’ve been given has shaped not just who I am, but how I help others believe in who they can become.

Things you might not know
People don't know that I can cook probably because I don't do it very often.
I am also good at helping others find their spark, rewrite their story, and embrace the power of second chances.
