Bio
Kristi Apostel lives in Kentucky but looks to the coast as often as she can. She and her husband have two daughters, a frenetic Australian Yorkie named Fika, and a Basenji mix named Hunny. When she isn’t working as an online educator, she’s usually in the kitchen layering flavors. If there was more time in the day, she would read more, write more, and rest more. Regardless, she’s grateful for the life she lives with those she loves.
