An idea worth spreading
Humanity’s existence depends on sex. Aside from the obvious purpose of reproduction, sex is also a source of pleasure and empowerment. It’s a topic that has been shunned from the dinner table, shunned and even avoided in every day conversations. Bringing up sex with certain friends might even result in an awkward atmosphere that rushes another subject to the table to appease one’s attempt at shaking things up. Through all the stigma around the topic, there are unanswered questions, experiences that should be talked about, and just simple curiosity.

The TED story
I was Head of Operations for TEDxShanghaiWomen 2016 and 2017; as well as Speaker Buddy with
Eleanor Moseman (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Oaqy09mEkSw) and
Kate Yan (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U93SdzEfkKs).
The devotion in this community is not only a transformation for the speakers but also for committee members who made the events happen including myself.
