Narendrakumar Baldota is a renowned entrepreneur leading the Baldota Group as a Chairman & Managing Director, established by his father late Shri Abheraj H.Baldota. He was born on 27th Dec'1940 and spent his initial years in Mumbai. After having graduated in Mumbai he joined businessin 1963 at Hospet, Karnataka. Baldota Group diversified into various businesses in the last 5 decades and has established themselves in the field of Iron Ore mining, Industrial Gases, and Wind power and shortly entering the steel sector. He is the Chairman of Greater Bombay Co-operative Bank Ltd., Mumbai which has 19 branches and has won Best Bank awards in India in Co-operative Banking Sector. He also serves as Director of Jain International Trade Organization, Mumbai. He is also Director for Business Community Foundation, New Delhi. He was the President of the Federation of Indian Mineral Industries, New Delhi from 1979-1981. Mr. Baldota's contribution for the upliftment of downtrodden and to various educational, sports personalities, health institutions etc., are exemplary.
