I'm passionate about
There are three conversations that I am passionate about:
1. Practically growing business on the African continent as a strategy for emerging South African entrepreneurs - Lessons, Insights, and Opportunities (what the strategic planning framework does and doesn’t prepare you for)
2. The use and leverage of strategic storytelling as a stakeholder engagement culture and the opportunity it presents in a growth strategy of a business. I bring to the conversation what organisation storytelling is and isn’t, why and how the emerging and growth oriented South African entrepreneur needs to be doing more of this, and how corporate south Africa needs to incorporate African stories in their culture.
3. Developing people, and not just “identified leaders”, through mentoring and coaching - improving personal and organization performance.
An idea worth spreading
Storytelling as an essential skill of the growth oriented African entrepreneur.
