Bio
Aditya identifies his work as the intersection between behaviour, work and social impact. He has clocked in over
4000+ hours in training and consulting students, teachers, startups and non-profits.
He has lent his counsel to the Secondary Cities Initiative US Department of State, BHC-USAID, NESA Centre for
Strategic Studies, P2P Preventing Violent Extremism Challenge, Kathmandu Living Labs, State of The Map Asia, WHO
EPI-WIN Youth Network, MoreViralThanTheVirus, CleanAirCatalyst and ISCDL, among others.
He is a Certified Level IV Cognitive Behavioural Therapy Practitioner, Certified Neurolinguistic Programming
Practitioner and a LGTBQIA+ Affirmative Counsellor.
He has co-founded and serves as an advisor/consultant on an Edtech company called GRADE (takegrade.com), a
psychotherapy centre, called The Thought Clininc, a digital marketing firm, called CreativeKulhad, a health foods
café/store, called Anndefined, and a fellowship initiative with UNESCO, called The F.A.I.R. Project.
Before diving into the development sector, he led startup and tech content production and sales across India,
Indonesia, Singapore, China and Bangladesh with The Tech Portal, and hosted "The Bulletin" - Tri-weekly Tech and
Startup News Show.
During his brief corporate sector stint, Aditya worked with Mahindra Two Wheelers and Idea Cellular in human resource and marketing departments respectively.
He has a national publication on the subject of student engagement and an international publication on the subject of
policy reform in education, both of which were awarded, in a National Conference in Jaipur, India and an International
symposium in Bratislava, Slovakia, respectively.
Aditya has been invited to speak with students and teachers in various schools and Universities, as well as a TEDx
conference in Indore.
