In the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic and 2020's racial reckoning, I joined /dev/color to change tech for good, committed to supporting Black technologists and mission-aligned companies. My work focuses on transforming the industry and the products, technology, and companies we build. I lead our team in developing programming, partnerships, and strategy to advance Black software engineers, leaders, founders, and executives - all to create lasting change. My career spans education, strategy, and executive leadership, with expertise in partnerships, organizational transformation, and coalition-building. I’ve worked with leading nonprofits and corporate leaders to drive systemic change. Grounded in community, collaboration, and impact, I connect leaders across industries to foster meaningful conversations and action. I create spaces where commitments turn into measurable progress, shaping a more inclusive and forward-thinking future.
