Prof.M.Dhiliphan Kumar is currently working as a Vice Principal & HoD - Business Administration, Geetha Jeevan Arts & Science College, Thoothukudi. He is also serving as the IQAC Coordinator of the College. He is specialized in Marketing, International Business, Labour & Administrative Law, Shipping & Logistics and Psychology. His qualification includes M.B.A., PGDLL&AL., D.C.O.M., C.S.M.S., C.E.M., D.Th., D.D., (USA), Six Sigma (Green Belt)., M.Sc., - Applied Psychology., M.Phil., M.Div., M.Com.,Ph.D.,(Pursuing). He holds more than a decade of experience in teaching, research, administration and placements.Mr.Dhilip has authored one ISBN Book in Organisational Behaviour. Currently he is engaged in the preparation of three more books in the field of Logistics Management, Liner Trade and Career Counseling. He has presented more than 270 papers in both National and International Conferences and he has participated more than 60 Workshops, FDPs and Seminars. To his credit, he has published more than 156 articles in leading Journals, Conference Proceedings and Online. He has organized more than 300 Programs at State/National/International Levels.In addition to teaching, he is also a good researcher who has completed more than 5 projects funded by various funding organizations. He has currently completed the Project funded by ICSSR, New Delhi amounting Rs.6.4 Lakhs. His research interest includes Customer satisfaction, Consumer behaviour, Consumer decision making, Value creation in technology products & services, Branding, Ethics in Marketing, Export performance and Third-party logistics. There is a very good number of TED Talk Iove and listen but most inspired is by Sir Ken Robinson and amy ten since i am a lover of creativity and a teacher as well, they spoke on what is to be done and how is to be done to promote creativity the much needed skill.
