I am a professional coach, mental trainer, and facilitator specializing in public speaking and leadership. My journey is built on a deep conviction: each person possesses a unique potential, but often needs a caring perspective to identify and nurture it. As the regional delegate for Limousin within the Ligue des Optimistes de France (League of Optimists of France), I strive to promote a resilient outlook in the face of everyday challenges. For me, it is by truly listening to others, without judgment and confronting with kindness, that we can genuinely support them in their challenges and ambitions. My involvement in TEDx conferences has taught me the importance of staying true to oneself while sharing ideas that inspire. I always aim to stand alongside those I accompany—neither ahead nor behind, but simply where they need sincere support. Through my work, I seek to continue creating spaces where everyone can find their own path, with authenticity and simplicity. Because it is often in the humility of actions that the greatest transformations are hidden.

What truly inspires me is the idea of helping others find their own path and discover their hidden potential. I have always been fascinated by how simple acts of listening and compassionate support can transform a person and enable them to surpass themselves. Through my role as a professional and personal coach, I strive to build bridges—between who we are today and who we can become. I particularly enjoy supporting those who still doubt their direction, because I firmly believe it’s never too late to find one’s way. My involvement in events like TEDxLimoges has allowed me to connect with inspiring minds, share ideas that spark reflection, and fuel action. Volunteering within this organization, especially as a coach for the speakers, is an experience that constantly reminds me of the importance of staying curious and open to others. Moreover, my passion for optimism and resilience naturally led me to join the Ligue des Optimistes de France (League of Optimists of France). I am convinced that, no matter the challenges we face in daily life, there is always a positive way forward—and sharing this vision is something that deeply matters to me.

TEDxLimoges is a human and intellectual adventure that has profoundly marked my journey over the past 10 years. As a coach for the speakers at this event, I have the opportunity to interact with brilliant and inspiring minds whose ideas enrich my vision of the world. But beyond the individuals, what touches me most is the authenticity of the exchanges and how each speaker contributes to a collective endeavor: that of innovation, reflection, and inspiration. My role within TEDxLimoges is not only about preparing speakers to take the stage but also about listening to their stories and supporting them in their search for meaning. I learn to appreciate how a simple phrase, a glance, or a posture can transform an idea into a universal message. This experience reminds me of the importance of staying humble in the face of the complexity of the topics discussed, while remaining convinced of the power of small actions to spark big changes. When I reflect on these moments, I particularly remember an edition where the theme of "Addictions" allowed us to explore hidden facets of society. The speakers’ testimonies showed just how much TEDx is more than an event—it’s a space where vulnerabilities become strengths and personal challenges transform into universal messages. But TEDxLimoges would be nothing without its community—the people working behind the scenes to create a unique experience. Fascinating anecdotes about what happens behind the curtain remind us that every detail matters in creating an atmosphere conducive to inspiration. This inspires me to always strive for excellence while staying true to my values. Finally, my involvement in this event helps me better understand what drives me: helping others find their voice. Whether it’s guiding a speaker in structuring their talk or sharing ideas during conferences, I am convinced that everyone has a story to tell and an idea to share. And it’s this belief that continues to guide my actions today. TEDxLimoges is more than just a series of conferences—it’s a community, a source of inspiration, and a constant reminder that ideas can change the world.
