Abdullahi Abdul‑Fatah is a scholar‑practitioner working at the intersection of financial technology, innovation ecosystems, and community development. With an MSc in Financial Technology (Distinction) from the University of Glasgow and additional master’s degrees in International Development and Business Administration. His work spans research, policy advisory, and service innovation, including roles with Jaiz Bank, the Yobe State Agency for Public-Private Partnerships and Investment Promotion, Finch Africa, and academic research teams in Nigeria and the UK. He is committed to strengthening local innovation capacity, development finance and business ecosystem in Nigeria, and expanding leadership opportunities for young people, commitments reflected in his community work with AFRYDEV, the Yobe Literary Society, and TEDxPompomari. A Commonwealth Scholar and Mandela Washington Fellow, he remains an active advocate for volunteerism as a tool for social cohesion and resilience.
