About Lory
Bio
Lory was born in the US but grew up in Monterrey Mexico, where she completed her studies in Communication Science at ITESM (Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey). After studying German in Munich she went to Harvard Summer School and later moved to New York to be with the love of her life. After she married Guy in 2003, they had three children Eva (2004), Isaac (2006) and Sarah (2007). In 2009, she moved with her family to Zurich, Switzerland where she enjoys the beautiful mountains, the timely trams and clean streets. Slowly, but surely, she is building up Biblios Mexico, a non-profit organization which aims to fill Mexican public schools with libraries full of books. Since 2007 she has led parenting workshops based on the books by Adele Faber and Elaine Mazlish "How To Talk So Kids Will Listen and Listen So Kids Will Talk".
