Co founded a design company (5th quadrant), a crisis management advisory (Accord Public Relations) and a syndicated print/TV service (India Feature Service). Have also been an author, guest lecturer and newspaper columnist. Undergrad degree in science with a math major from St. Stephen's College, Delhi and an MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

You can swap out your car if it's not properly maintained....but you can't swap out your own body. If we can convince people to "maintain" the one vehicle that they are stuck with for life (by definition) then we will go a long way towards solving the health care crisis in the U.S. I believe that engendering positive changes in health related lifestyle choices is the only way the U.S. can maintain its financial status in the world and in the long term its innovation edge. The reason that change is hard to effect is that the health care system is not attuned to dealing with attitudes and behaviors and because it is reactive.
