I'm passionate about

I am incredibly passionate about sports, music and the latest technological advancements and gadgets in the market. Listening to music is something I look forward to in my daily routine, and I have noticed the shifts in my mood when listening to music that I like, with a different playlist for workouts, driving, and other activities. I have invested in a sound system that brings me immense joy to listen to music on. I also like to research other gadgets that I can invest in and use on a day to day basis. My passion for vintage cars no bounds and visiting vintage car showrooms and garages is something that I love to do. My favorite vintage model is the Chevrolet Impala, 1967 and every time I witness it in its glory I am left in awe and admiration.

An idea worth spreading

Weighing 150kg back in 2016 got me really worried. I used to never bother about my appearance or weight problems. Whilst going to bed, I remember eating 2 large meals of Mc Donald's and feeling kind of sick. Out of nowhere, I went into the washroom and decided to check my weight. While stepping on the scale, I realized the weight needles completing one round and going another half way. When I managed to look at the reading, I weighed 150kgs. At that point, something hit me so hard that I took it very personally. Right from the next day, I promised myself to live longer. The aim was not to look super fit and show abs, It was to eat healthy and live a normal life. The journey was not easy, I will admit. After going clean for 2 years and working out like an animal, I managed to shed 40 kilos. It was like having to raise another creature within me I wasn't aware of. I still have friends who do not believe its the same guy. It wasn't just feeling good, the entire mechanics of my body started functioning differently. My breathing changed- I gained so much of confidence. The bigger part is inspiring people and helping them. I have inspired many of my friends to go gym and eat good. I usually help out people in the gym and talk them through their goals and how to achieve them. I can't explain the level of satisfaction I gain while helping others battle obesity and overcome weight issues. At the end of the day, we all have limited time in the world. We don't want to be creating health problems just because we don't have that motivation to change our habits. No battle is won until and unless you get out of your comfort zone and make an effort.

Things you might not know

I've always had this special in my heart place for kids. I love spending time with children and playing with them. I don't mind being called a baby sitter :) When people first meet me, their impression of me is that I’m a big guy (I stand at 6’3) and I think that can come across as intimidating at first. But when people really get to know me, and I start warming up to them, I am actually quite fun-loving and soft hearted. I am incredibly empathetic towards animals (having had pets my whole life) and the treatment of strays in Pakistan. I also have a very big soft spot for children, and as of recent have found myself tapping into my own playful inner child around my brothers children. The moments are very beautiful and introspective and have taught me about my own sensitivity, which I proudly own as a man.
