Learning! This has been something prevalent in my life for years, from the first day I stepped into school and will continue for many years to come. The main thing I love to learn about is people. I do this by creating conversations with everyone around me, stranger or not and learning about the reasoning behind certain behaviours and cognitions (psychology) . Through this I am able to widen my perspective and build empathy for others around me.

I love learning about psychology and I think more people should be aware of how their brain processes information in relation to the environment around them. Specifically, I enjoy talking about Flow State and the positive effect its had on my studying.

For years I have been listening to TED Talks to learn about areas that I am unfamiliar with or about people who inspire me to make a change for my personal growth. In 2023 September, I joined the TEDxBritishSchoolManila team in the Finance department and enjoyed the collaboration aspect of it. On the event day, I was able to help out other departments and through this, understood the interconnected nature of TEDx.
