Markus Wieser

Joined W.L. Gore and Associates in 2016; starting in 2018, I helped create a holistic program for carbon reduction for Gore Fabrics (making waterproof/ breathable GORE-TEX fabrics) across all three scopes, which I am leading and evolving to this day. Collaborated with senior leadership since 2021 to develop a strategic, long-term perspective for Gore Fabrics - based on the conviction that we can become a regenerative organization one day. Before Gore, I worked on the management team of a leading global communications and strategy consultancy (KekstCNC), primarily focussing on the transition of the energy industry.
