About Clement
Bio
Clement is an EPL Fellow and an Engineer with the Ministry of Energy, Ghana. He supervises the implementation of the National Electrification Scheme, a flagship project to actualize Universal Access to Electricity.
He represents the Ministry on the USAID-Power Africa West Africa Energy Program. Clement seeks to contribute to Energy Infrastructure development in Ghana and by extension, Continent Africa.
