Rosa is a Director at Leaders’ Quest. She leads futures and systems work with clients and partners globally. She is also the co-founder of the Three Horizons Practice Network, training people with the skills needed for a changing world. In 2016 Rosa co-founded the consultancy Liquid School, where she worked with Unilever to integrate sustainability into the heart of its business categories. She was also Co-Director of the systems change start-up, Intelligent Life. Keenly aware of the need to engage young people in social change efforts, she co-created several initiatives including Find Space – exploring being human in a digital age – and Activate, a series of events engaging young adults in social action. She is also a board member for the rewilding charity, Embercombe.
