I am an academician and an L&D professional with strong administrative skills, currently serving as the Senior Manager in Learning & Development, Corporate Relations at Asian Academy of Film & Television (AAFT Noida). With an illustrative career span of 14 years, I had the opportunity to nurture and polish many students based on verbal ability and professional communication, including students of IIT BHU. Previously, I held the position of Activity Coordinator and Lecturer of English & Advanced Communication Skills at Sunbeam College, Varanasi. Additionally, I led the Placement & Counseling Cell under IQAC at the same institution. My days at Sunbeam College were a lot about skill development, training, and event management, which helped my students in achieving milestones in their career pathways ahead. Alongside this, I was also an active representative Institutional Member of INTACH Varanasi Chapter. My professional journey also includes a three-year tenure as an Admin and Verbal Ability Faculty at T.I.M.E, a prestigious national-level training institute. I began my career as an English teacher at a renowned school in Varanasi. My specialization lies in British Literature, Culture, and Corporate Communications, and I have a keen interest in administrative affairs. I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and experience in English, Communication, and Soft Skill Training. I am a proud alumna of Banaras Hindu University (BHU) Varanasi, which has shaped my career graph through various perspectives. Beyond my academic roles, I am a Food & Travel Blogger at TheDiningStory. As a travel enthusiast, I have gained valuable insights from my journeys across the country.
