Bio
A Utah native, I have been living in SLC for the last decade. Working in the health education field by day and pursuing a doctoral degree by night I really appreciate (and love) a great cup of coffee. I try to spend as much of my free time exploring Utah and spending time with people who make me think about life differently (and who make me laugh).
I'm passionate about
Anything and everything...but especially our relationship with food, self, and our environment
An idea worth spreading

The TED story
I don't even know when my TED story began but it is constantly evolving. How rare do we have a platform such as TED that can reach a global audience to affect change and inspire us to do and be better. My TED story at this moment is stemming from my latest favorite, Chris Jordan's "Turning Powerful Stats into Art" which reminds us that we need to be a little angry and allow ourselves to be emotional to get the fire burning within us to start making some changes together.
