Bio
The world is changing: the expectations of customers and employees evolve quickly in a complex environment. My added value is to ensure that the needs of customers and employees are met. For employees: give everyone a sense to the action, make sure to have the right person in the right place and empower them to co-create. My challenge in Leroy Merlin Est (1300 employees) is to help each employee to be proactive and contribute in a positive way to write the future of the company.
I'm passionate about
New ways of education and learning
An idea worth spreading
I believe that companies could be more successful if they accept that people are humans and that they can do mistakes, they are vulnerable, and it's ok, it's not an issue, it's a learning process that makes us smarter. Sometimes we should let go to build something else.

The TED story
The first TED talk I saw was "Don't eat the marshmallow!" of Joachim de Posada. It was a real discovery. I was amazed by the fact that powerful ideas can be shared in limited time and in an accessible manner. Afterwards I become a TED'ocalic, I see several TED talks per week, and I attended to a TEDx in my region. And I'm very motivated to organize a corporate TEDx within the company I'm working for.
