Ciprian Borşan is the founder of Maramureş Business Club, the most dynamic business club in North of Romania (50 members), a proud member of Romanian Business Leaders, and the founder and CEO of Harpoon Marketing, a tailor-made digital marketing agency. Being a passionate change agent, Ciprian Borşan proved his skills both in the corporate environment and in the entrepreneurial or non-profit area. In the last 10 years, he has developed start-up projects in the online environment, has organized over 100 business events, and has worked in companies such as Royal Bank of Scotland, MindMagnet or Darian DRS. In 2010, he was part of the Romanian delegation present at the Open Days in Brussels, and in 2011 he was a member of the Romanian Juna Forum Technology and Entrepreneurship Committee, organized under the high patronage of the NBR. Graduate in Marketing at Babeş-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca, Ciprian was president of the Marketing Students Association, member of the Board of Directors of the Student Organization Consortium of Cluj, member of JCI Cluj and Vice-President of IAA Young Professionals Cluj. He currently lives in Baia Mare, being passionate about the traditions and places in Maramures, and works with dedication to the development of entrepreneurial spirit in Maramures and in the region.
