The TED story
I inspired and led the inaugural TEDx Lockheed Martin event. I led a cross-functional team of 53 employee volunteers from across the five lines of business to design and execute the vision of TEDxLockeedMartin. Resulting in an 87% employee engagement and creating an annual event that has persisted as an annual event.
