Using a formal coaching approach, I bring creative energy and change management to leaders and teams seeking to gain insights into their situation and develop action plans to move forwards. For over 20 years I have benefited from a personal Leadership Coach, as well as membership of organisations such as Vistage, Academy of Chief Executives, MD2MD, Lissom and other group coaching organisations. Understanding the benefits of coaching first-hand was one of the factors that inspired me to undertake the training and development to become a coach myself. A passionate champion of lifelong learning, both personally and for those I collaborate with. Driven by an intense curiosity about how systems and teams function in today’s environment in a state of accelerating change. I believes we must encourage our teams to experiment, try new ideas and celebrate failure as the only true way to embed learning and development. An enthusiastic public speaker at many conferences and events, I believe in crafting an engaging entertaining experience to get a message across and ignite change. With my diverse cultural experience of living and working in Europe, Asia and United States together with an innate curiosity and interest in new ideas, I enjoy putting across alternative perspectives on a situation, I can be relied on to inspire people to reach a successful innovative solution. Above all I feel we should aim to enjoy work and have some fun whilst getting the job done. I have seen dramatic improvements in business results and engagement in teams where I have spread my management approach and coached others to do the same in their teams.
