I'm a speaker, MC, author and coach running my own business where I help professionals and small businesses owners to demonstrate their value through their voice and through their own words. My goal is to help people improve their people to use their communication and craft and deliver a message that matters. In addition, I'm a multi-award-winning lawyer, director of two not-for-profit organisations (one as the Chair and President), a Tasmanian Visionary, and fan of pub trivia. I've also published a best-selling, award-winning book titled 'A Way With Words'

Helping people to share their voice, their vision and ideas with the world! My mission in my business aligns beautifully with the vision and mission of TED. I'm excited to be part of the journey.

I was excited to receive a scholarship to complete TED Masterclass. I loved the lessons implemented the learnings straight away. As mandatory criteria for receiving the opportunity to do the masterclass, I had to record my own TED-style talk. In 2021, having felt the love of developing my own talk, I wanted to make this something that my community could benefit from. I received the licence to host the first TEDxHobart in eight years and on 12 Feb 2022, TEDxHobart returned with the theme Of Land and Sea! I've also organised TEDxHobart 2023 (Curiosity) and TEDxHobart 2024 (Ripple Effect).
