Bio
I am 6x TEDx Organiser.
I am a veteran in communicative intelligence specialism and ardent believer of human creativity. I have empowered more than 5000 students from 50 different nationalities. I have worked in four different countries and with predominantly non-native speakers and the language of instruction being English. With a degree in English Literature, Masters in Social Work and higher Masters in Sociology, I have extended my teaching and training traversing disciplinary boundaries through open pedagogical approaches. This is uniquely me and my success could be attributed to my inclusive and multicultural approach.
And
A veteran pracademic with extensive experience in field, clinical, community, mental asylum, virtual and classroom settings. I am sure, 27 years of my work with people, mostly the younger generation, has developed the maturity to humbly reflect my experiences for an insightful leading. I am delighted I am growing better day by day. Reading, reflections, interactions with young minds and immersion in teaching - learning scenarios has made the difference. It has been a time warp the past 25 years as I could see reflexively setting myself in motion to learn what comes my way, juggling between time and spaces via retrospection, reflection and reflexive actions. Awesome experience as it took me to 3 different continents to work with people from diverse cultures, regions and biographies. I am sure I developed a cosmopolitan outlook all through this reflexive journey experimenting with living quotient all along. One important learning is the fact that it has made me inclusive in my being, all the while, mellowing my living quotient and blending my insights with my approach and outlook. I never thought such insights carry such weight and luminance that suddenly turns around your life and what you live for. This is where I am. Living to empower young minds to meaningful actions. It also includes my 6 year old son.
I'm passionate about
Teaching and empowerment are my passion. I always see a liberatory potential in human interactions with lot of scope to harness social capital buried deep beneath such social interactions. Life and living. Going places, meeting people, celebrating differences. Seeing young minds progress and blossom in their lives, enriching themselves all through via mindful mentoring. Riding my Royal Enfield Meteor 350 cc and having a collectible of variants of Royal Enfield releases. Raising Hosanna, my son as they way he dreams to be giving him all the support he needs, everytime.
An idea worth spreading
I have built a social enterprise architecture that is liberatory and transformatory in experience among young minds. It is founded on the principles of ideas of Jeremy Rifkins Zero Marginal Cost Society and Collaborative Commons. Having plugged in open pedagogical approaches, my idea is firmly rooted on my philosophy of “Zero cost proposition. 100% transfer to beneficiaries” celebrating shared values and zero-marginal cost.
In short, Social Enterprising Education via Internet of Things. This is a zero cost proposition with 100% transfer to beneficiaries. Inspired by the idea of Jeremy Rifkin, I wish to build a social enterprise over the foundations of collaborative commons.

The TED story
Creative, passionate teacher with 25 years experimenting with variety of pedagogical approaches that reach out to the deepest recesses of the learner. I have a literature, social work and sociology background with meaningful international exposure. I have taught students from diverse background, from least developed to the developed countries. I learnt as much from them as they learnt from me. All through, I was crafting my traverse across the vastness of the empowerment domain to which I have resorted to now. As a talent development
specialist, I have worked with young minds in and beyond the margins. My recent idea to develop a community digital platform to reach out to children in the margins is in action. An MVP has set in motion an iterative process and incidentally it is my doctoral research as a doctoral scholar attached to Christ University, Bangalore. Heading the soft skills and talent development programme augmented my perspectives and train students in communication. Everyday I interact with young people bubbling with brilliance, provided they are given with right space and freedom. TEDx is an inspiring space accentuating a communicative culture that I wish to create in my community. It opens up, in all its vastness, a space for young minds to further creative changes through ideas influenced actions. Born and raised in a small town, now a tier 2 city with above a million population, created a context for me to learn life and the nuances of living, form the ground up though. Raised in almost a ‘split’ family prepared me to sail through common adversities that we might face and cope well, keeping an open mindset and our sanities intact. Influenced by the ideas of Jeremy Rifkin, I would like to accentuate Internet of Things and social enterprise elements to provide a space for collaborative learning among children from the margins. This is to help them learn what the whole world learns, with no barriers to entry.
And,
I am the founder of Justart, an idea that emerged from the fertile ground of personal exploration, evolving amidst both adversity and prosperity. Born in a small town into a large family, my childhood was rich with opportunities to learn and excel in communication skills, evident in my distinctions in language proficiency tests. However, despite success in my career, I found myself missing the subtleties of communicative intelligence that could have propelled me to phenomenal heights. Exposed to local and multicultural societies, I navigated interactions with individuals from 50 different nationalities. This diverse experience revealed the gaps in my communicative intelligence and sparked a realisation: What if I could leverage my own growth, insights, and learnings to empower others in mastering communicative intelligence? Justart isn't driven by mere hypotheticals. It's a manifestation of personal evolution, a commitment to sharing the wisdom gained over the years. The question isn't "What if?" anymore; it's a declaration of what I've become—a reservoir of knowledge ready to be wisely employed to elevate communicative intelligence in others. Justart is a platform designed not just to help individuals avoid asking "What if?" but to ensure that the occurrence of such questions becomes obsolete. It's about empowering others with the tools and insights necessary to navigate the complexities of communication and intelligence. Join me on this journey with Justart, where personal growth transforms into a force for collective empowerment. Let's together eliminate the "What if?" from the equation and foster communicative intelligence that knows no bounds. Justart—a testimony to growth, resilience, and the transformative power of mastering the art of communication. The insight is to accrue social capital readily available in these social interactional spaces…
Things you might not know
Generating fabulous ideas that are indeed actionable amidst shared values and synergies.
Enterprise development for the common good. I believe in possibilities of social enterprising education to the unreached margins at a zero cost/100 % transfer proposition. I have helped develop a MVP in terms of a community digital platform.
