What is most exciting about the work I do is helping others realize their potential and then elevating that someone or organization to be even stronger and better than ever before. I am resourceful, trustworthy, and extremely motivated to drive success in whatever the program's mission or projects end goal may be. In a recent business seminar I attended, a firm partner stated that "clients don't care what you know until they know that you care". I strive to make relationship building a priority in every project/program I coordinate and develop. Whether that relationship or client be outside of the organization or within, I have seen that work is best done and most effectively accomplished when 'care' is a priority factor. That 'care' is what I add to my teaching approach and program management everyday to enhance my students/colleagues experience, elevate my performance, and maximize my contribution.
